摘 要：
民营企业走向国际化是经济全球化的必然趋势，是企业发展到一定阶段的必然选择。经济全球化的发展有利于我们充分利用比较优势和后发优势，利用两个市场、两种资源，加强与国际市场的融合与接轨，开展国际竞争与合作。国际化是社会历史发展的必然趋势。
经过数年的发展，中国民营企业的国际化已获得较大成效。但由于民营企业在成长环境、从事主导产业，内部制度以及经营理念等方面的固有弱点，而对国际化与国内市场国际化的新局面，暴露出了不少有待重视和解决的问题。与此同时，民营企业的国际化还面临着一些现实障碍，这些问题与障碍，在一定程度上妨碍着民营企业的国际化。
加入WTO以来，随着国际市场国内化，国内市场国际化的迅速发展，越来越多的中国民营企业开始了主动或被动的国际化探索，迄今已出现不少成功者。对这些国际化初获成功企业案例的研究，无疑可以为国际化的后来者提供一些借鉴和启示。
