摘要：教育是民族振兴的基石，教育公平是社会公平的基础。教育涉及千家万户，惠及子孙后代，教育公平是人的全面发展和社会公平正义的客观要求。追求教育公平是当今人类社会教育发展的趋势，是世界各国教育改革和发展的基本出发点和重要目标。本文主要从分析教育公平概念入手，解析当今社会上存在的相关“拉高就低”“削城补乡”片面的思想。本文认为，由于起点不公平的绝对存在，我们必须以大力发展农村生产力，加快城市化进程为根本方法来发展农村教育。

Abstract: Education is the foundation of the nation's prosperity,educational equity is the basis of social equity. Education has its magnificent importance to every family, its benefits will last to the latter generations. educational equity is an objective request of people's comprehensive development and social justice. pursuing educaional equity is now the tendency of the development of human social education and the basic starting point as well as significant goal of education reformation and development all over the world. This paper, starts mainly from the conception of educational equity, will analyze the so-called xxx and xxx biased thoughts. This paper holds that we must greatly develop rural productivity , accelerate urbanization process to resolve rural education due to the absolute existence of unfairness of starting points.
