　　MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
　　This individual is primarily responsible for the reliability of plant equipment and productivity improvements at the Songjiang site,China. This position interacts with all site production and support functions, equipment vendors and the site maintenance group to ensure that our customers needs are met. This position also performs detailed production loss investigations, cause and effect analysis, assists production teams with process troubleshooting, performs equipment selection and upgrades, and manages small projects and process start-ups. This Position is also requires the ability of rich mechanical knowledge to convert repeat reactive maintenance into preventive maintenance work, familiarity on SAP PM/PS module would be a highlight in the interview.
