《焰》是一部三维制作的动画短片。故事是以战国时期为时代背景，以朱雀重生为大的线索。片子以大量的，激烈的打斗场面为主，是以游戏的感觉来进行创作的，画面的视觉冲击力强。因为《焰》是定义在以战国时代为历史背景，所以在所有的一系列的设计中都尽量加入中国古代的元素，使整部片子的风格更加的鲜明和统一。我在这次设计我参与的部分有：导演、前期剧本创作、分镜头设计、场景的设计与制作、原动画设计与制作、后期合成、特效、剪辑与最终调整。主要负责的是导演、分镜头设计、原动画设计与制作。作为本片的导演，对影片的整体把握是至关重要的，所以不管是前期故事风格设定，人物，场景设定还是后期特效，色调的整体把握上我都尽量做到细致无误，使影片风格统一，效果强烈。
