第二句是正确的，有bother doing /bother with /bother that 从句这几种搭配。
第一句犯了一个句子同时存在两个谓语动词的错误。两个动词之间最起码要有动词不定式to连接。就像一楼所说的be bother to do

be bother to do/be bother doing都是正确的句型
