摘要：随着工业的迅猛发展和社会的进步，煤炭、石油等常规能源急剧消耗，全球化石能源的枯竭不可避免，人类正在承受着能源危机和环境日益恶化的重压，寻找新能源已成当务之急。风能作为一种可再生的洁净能源，既能节省能源，又不会造成污染，具有显著的环境和经济效益，因此其开发和利用具有广阔的前景。目前，国内外风能发电技术日臻成熟，风电产业正向规模化发展。但由于风电场开发也会对区域自然生态和景观造成一定影响，因此，风电产业的发展应与生态保护相协调，避免给自然生态资源带来破坏。本文从风电产业所产生的环境影响角度入手，结合江苏的实例，探讨存在的问题，并提出相应的对策，以促进我国和江苏风电事业的健康持续的发展。
