求TIVTC参数设置

一般3:2 pull down
tfm().tdecimate(mode=1)

自动判断24/30混合，输出MKV时间码（V1）
tfm().tdecimate(mode=3, hybrid=2, vfrDec=1, mkvOut="mkv-timecodesfile.txt")

order -1 自动 0-底场先 1-顶场先 默认 -1

mode 匹配模式，整数0-5，0最保险，默认1，这个参数决定TIVTC用什么方式进行场匹配，本人推荐默认

PP 后处理模式，整数0-7，0不进行后处理，1检测交错但不处理，2-4，3种不同的方式进行静态解交错，5-7，3种不同的方式进行基于运动解交错，默认6，本人推荐3
