【摘 要】近年来 ,有关诚信的话题受到社会的广泛关注 , 企业诚信问题作为企业管理和社会领域的重要问题, 已经受到国内外的高度重视。经济生活中的诚信缺失尤其引人瞩目一些失信行为和假冒伪劣的泛滥 ,不仅降低了经济活动的效率 ,破坏了正常的经济秩序 ,而且严重削弱了人们参与经济活动的信心 ,成为社会主义市场经济发展的障碍和隐患。提高整个社会的诚信程度是一个系统工程 ,需要每个公民、企业、金融单位、政府有关部门以及执法机关的共同努力。个人无信不立、企业无信不旺、政府无信不威、社会无信不稳。本篇论文从契约经济学视角、企业伦理学视角、组织行为学视角和法学视角就企业诚信进行深入的研究, 揭示了企业诚信的本质, 并就每一视角诚信的内涵及其对现代企业的重要意义和现状进行阐述的基础上, 对企业诚信缺失的原因进行了剖析，提出了加强企业诚信建设的对策建议。企业要想在激烈的市场竞争中立足，“追求共赢”、求发展应该更深刻地认识到：企业诚信是经济秩序的重要保证 ,是防范市场风险的重要条件 ,是发展现代化经济的重要根基 。我们一定要树立诚信意识，以信为本，诚实经营、坚定不移、坚持不懈地抓下去 ,形成竞争有序的良好社会风尚以及努力塑造良好的企业诚信形象。
