以单相消防应急电源系统作为研究对象,从EPS各个模块对系统进行了分析和研究。整个系统分为三大模块:蓄电池模块、逆变器模块和系统控制模块。
本设计采用了单片机作为整个系统的控制与检测的方案,鉴于检测环节的任务量比较大,最后选择了双单片机的方案,一个用于控制另一个用于检测。检测部分单片机采用的是飞利浦芯片,由于自带了AD转换,省去了外围转换电路,节约了成本。系统的蓄电池模块则采用了目前应用比较广泛的阀控式密封铅酸蓄电池,电压检测部分由独立的单片机完成,由检测信号判断是否充电然后通知主控制MCU;逆变器模块则采用了单相全桥逆变电路实现逆变功能,逆变控制脉冲同样采用了当前流行的SPWM控制脉冲。
系统能够实时检测系统当前工作状态,如是应急状态还是充电状态或者是正常市电供电状态,并且在由正常状态转换为应急状态时能给出必要的声光提示,这部分功能主要由主MCU实时检测各个模块状态来完成。
