how to enhance my oral english

Get a plane ticket, a passport, your luggage and a dictionary, then head to North America, after 6 years of non-stop mingling. Your oral english should have some improvement by then....lol..just kidding, actually there isn't a really effective way improving it fast, it comes with time and practice.
