2BMF—3免耕施肥播种机的设计

摘 要:机械化保护性耕作是一种新型的耕作技术,其耕作技术是实现北方旱区农业可持续发展的一项综合性的农业生态工程技术,其核心是免耕施肥播种机的研制。免耕施肥播种机的结构是影响机具作业质量和性能的主要因素之一,结构紧凑与性能是联合作业机具设计的关键。为减少耕作机械对土壤结构的破坏,设计了2BFM—3型免耕施肥播种机,重点研究了整机结构的布置和主要工作部件的设计与选用。该机的设计借鉴了国内外典型播种机械研制的成功经验,结合陕西半汗地区的特点及农艺技术要求,较好地解决了机具的结构与性能、成本与功能之间的矛盾。该机一次作业可同时完成开沟、施肥、覆土、播种、镇压等多道工序,工效高,合乎农艺要求,同时也提高了耕整机的利用率。
