刻录不能刻

我们家以前都可以刻录的啦！不知道为什么现在不行啦！一直用nero得了！现在不知道怎么回事老是不能刻！总是出现这样的提示！internal error：couldnot open the second advanced file dialog Looks like you didn't register some DLLs！我们家的刻录机是和光驱连在一起的啦！光驱好的啦！有亲可以告诉我要怎么办吗！我要刻盘啦！谢谢亲们啦！
nero没有问题的啦！我上次也以为是他出问题啦！就卸了又下了一个！可是还是没有用啦！好像不是软件问题啦！

NERO文件已损坏，卸载之后重新安装。

好像是NERO软件不能用了，换个刻录软件试试？
