e) If Buyer determines that any of supplier’s representations, warranties, certifications or covenants contained in this Contract is incomplete or untrue, buyer shall have the right to immediately require supplier to bring products into conformity with its representations, warranties,certifications and covenants or, aat buyer’s sole option, to terminate this contract without furter compensation to supplier.
