长大桥梁越来越多地选用悬臂法进行施工，挂篮是桥梁悬臂施工的主要施工设备。菱形挂篮由于其主要受力杆件均为二力杆，能够充分的利用材料的特性，具有结构轻巧，受力明确的特点，已被广泛应用于中等跨径的桥梁悬臂施工。本课题以陶乐黄河大桥为背景，借鉴其它已建桥梁的挂篮设计，对该桥所使用的菱形挂篮进行了设计计算。
首先，我们对菱形挂篮的传力方式进行了分析研究，在此基础上提出了设计方案，借助MIDAS软件对模板、纵横向支撑、底模桁架、侧模桁架、导梁、主桁架及钢吊带进行了设计计算，并利用手绘及计算机辅助制图软件绘制了挂篮的部分图纸。在本设计中，通过对各个部件的合理简化，在MIDAS中建立分析模型，加载后主要分析其挠度、强度和稳定性来检算该部件是否满足要求。由于菱形挂篮全部为钢结构部件拼接而成，因此，对于细部构造的处理相当重要，我们通过借鉴其它菱形挂篮对细部构造的处理方法并结合本桥的施工特点对该桥挂篮的细部构造做了合理设计。最后，我们通过CAD制图软件将挂篮的各个部件组拼成了整个挂篮，能够满足施工的要求。
本设计经试制可望投入实际应用。所提出的设计方案和设计分析方法对同类设计具有重要的参考价值。
