葫芦门式起重机安装使用说明书
说明：
葫芦门式起重机适用于室内、室外及仓库，货场装卸货物之用。有地面、操纵室二种操纵形式。起重量10t，跨度LK=18m，起升高度6—10m起重机运行速度为20—50米/分。
葫芦门式起重机的起升机构采用电动葫芦，结构部分为箱型式，结构紧凑、重量轻，最适合室内、室外、仓库、货场装卸使用（见龙门总图）

安装与架设：
将下横梁A、B分别侧放在轨道两侧，再将支腿按焊号A、B用螺栓进行连接，连接后点焊上2根拉筋（见图2所示）。

2、将支腿立起，立腿时，在上面的拉筋上，画上支腿上面的中心线，下横梁上也画上中心线，并用千坠测到两中心线重合为止，然后点焊两侧斜支撑，并用盘尺测量轮沿的直角线、对角线，使两侧分别相等后点焊两侧斜支撑，并将下横梁四轮固定好（见图3所示）。

1）组合主梁：分别按A1、A2对接主梁，对接后将连接板件 号穿上绞孔螺栓固定（见图4）。

焊工字钢后，将工字钢上下补强板1、2号按图所示焊接（见图5）。

将两个侧板安装好后焊接，再将主梁接头焊接，并加补强板焊接（见图6）。

2）、将主梁翻转成工字朝下，用垫木垫起。安装电葫芦、电线及小车行走拖线滑车电缆（见图7）。

3）、将主梁吊起与支腿组合，穿角孔螺栓（见图8）。

4）、拆除斜支撑，将操纵室安装在下横梁上，电气安装并安装大车行走限位开关、限位尺（见图9）。

三、检查电动葫芦（在安装前）和减速机，并加注齿轮油。
