XXX 男 1939年5月6日出生。1961年7月毕业于重庆医学院儿童医学系本科。毕业后留校，在重庆医科大学附属儿童医院、儿科学院及儿科研究所工作。现任该院儿科学教授，主任医师，博士生导师及儿科研究所副所长。自1992年至今享受国务院专家特殊津贴,1984-2007年间担任中华儿科医学会全国神经学组成员和副组长。现兼任中国抗癫痫协会常务理事，中华儿科等12家全国性专业杂志编委。
1984年6月至1985年7月，作为访问学者赴美国西雅图华盛顿大学医学院及西雅图儿童医院13个月，重点研修小儿神经疾病及临床神经电生理。1994年2月至1995年4月，再次作为访问学者赴澳大利亚悉尼大学医学院及悉尼皇家儿童医院14个月，重点研修周围神经肌病病理与临床。 长期从事小儿神经疾病专业工作，以小儿脑电图与临床神经电生理、惊厥性疾病，以及周围神经病为科研方向。作为项目总负责人，先后获得并完成国家自然科学基金5项，省部级课题7项，市级课题8项。1994和2002年先后受中华儿科医学会神经学组委托起草和修定我国小儿脑电图操作技术及判断原则文件并在全国推广应用。以第一作者或指导研究生发表论文130余篇，其中在国外杂志发表并被SCI收录论文4篇。撰写专著5册。《小儿脑电图的研究》，《小儿周围神经传导功能的研究》和《空肠弯曲菌诱发轴索型格林-巴利综合征的发病机理研究》先后获四川省及重庆直辖市政府科技进步二等奖（共3项）。《脑干听觉诱发电位发育规律》和《空肠弯曲菌感染致人畜共患的周围神经病》分别获四川省省级政府科技进步三等奖( 共2项) 。2002年被重庆市政府任命为首批市级学科带头人。
