我受单位推荐参加一个欧盟的国际合作项目，已经通过对方的审核，现在需要和对方的总负责人联系，但我不知道对方的姓名和性别，只有他/她的一个邮件地址，我现在想给对方发一个邮件，确定一下自己具体被分到哪一个项目组和哪一个国家（因为有欧盟的多个成员国参与），以及怎样和该组的负责人联系，有哪些相关的注意事项等。这封邮件应该怎样写？ 拜托！
还有，我们单位负责这个项目的梁先生以前已经通知我初步的分配预案中我被分配到了波兰，我本人同意去波兰。需要把这句话加上。
