本文通过表面改性和原位合成等手段,在保持四针状氧化锌晶须(T-ZnOw)原有四针状结构的同时,制备了在其表面生长有磁性纳米材料的改性氧化锌晶须(M-ZnOw)前驱物。在此基础上,通过焙烧处理,制备得到M-ZnOw。用SEM、XRD、ICP及磁性能测试等分析方法对原料T-ZnOw和产物进行了系统的表征,结果表明,反应生成的纳米粒子均匀附着在T-ZnOw的针体表面。
在此基础上,研究了不同实验条件对M-ZnOw前驱物微观形貌的影响。结果表明, FeCl2与T-ZnOw及PEG各种物质的量比以及制备工艺,后期的T-ZnOw的焙烧工艺等因素对产物形貌和性能有较大影响。在本文的实验中,发现通过不同配方所制得的样品产物成分,元素含量和磁性能大有不同。
用MPMS-XL磁性能测试系统对产物的磁学性能进行了分析,结果表明M-ZnOw前驱物具有超顺磁特性,M-ZnOw具有铁磁性,并对磁性的来源进行了探讨。通过调节反应物的用量和焙烧工艺可以对M-ZnOw的性质进行调控。
