随着电源技术的迅猛发展和自关断器件的产生,逆变器的应用越来越广泛,,因此,电力电子技术中的正弦波脉宽调制(SPWM)及其它的PWM技术也得到了广泛的应用。
本文首先介绍了大功率逆变器中常用的技术,通过对它们的分析,提出了将最优SPWM技术和移相调压技术应用于逆变器的方案。针对本文控制方案,对于交流滤波器位置的不同,所对应的两种主电路:先叠加后滤波和先滤波后叠加电路进行了分析与设计,比较两种主电路形式,后者在变压器的输入端,高次谐波幅值明显减小。THD随移相角的变化,两种主电路结果一致,都是随移相角的增大,而呈现总体变大的趋势。通过对它们的分析与设计,确定了电路结构较简单的先叠加后滤波方案,作为课题实际所用的主电路。同时,也设计了相应的控制电路。据此分析了一台2kVA逆变器。 最后分析证明了采用移相调压最优SPWM控制的逆变器,控制电路简单,在移相角较小时,波形质量较好。
仿真结果证实了上述分析的可行性和合理性。
