作为推动中国第三产业迅速发展的旅游业近几年得到了快速、蓬勃地发展,行业的发展必将吸引越来越多的从业者的加入。但是,随之而来的是旅行社内导游人员的高流失率,虽然很多企业也纷纷采取措施来控制员工流失,但却没有取得很好的效果。本文在前人研究理论的基础上,从影响导游人员流失的影响因素的理论研究入手,根据行业的特点,构建导游人员流失模型,并通过调查问卷进行实证性研究。通过因子回归分析,共得到工作任务量、工作回报、规范承诺和工作群体这四个对流失产生关键性影响的因子和15个指标。最后针对导游人员流失的影响因素提出解决方法和对策。
