大学生作为较为敏感的社会群体之一，正处于自我同一性形成和确定的时期，而朝鲜族大学生因其民族特性的差异，是高校中较为特殊的一个群体。他们不得不面对文化适应的表现和民族认同的困境，然而我国现在对于这个方面的研究却不甚丰富。
本文参考相关文献材料，对朝鲜族大学生民族认同方面的研究进行了论述和分析，在整理国内外相关量表的基础上进行了修改和编制，经过预测结果后最终形成了《朝鲜族大学生民族认同调查问卷》，并以此作为研究工具、以问卷调查的方式，对东三省不同学校、不同专业、不同年级的朝鲜族大学生的民族认同进行了调查。后分层抽取555份作为研究样本，通过问卷调查和访谈，研究了朝鲜族大学生民族认同的特点、类型及其影响因素，并揭示了其对促进朝鲜族大学生在多元文化环境中的良好心理适应，维护多民族国家的和谐稳定的指导意义。研究结果表明：(1)朝鲜族大学生的民族认同主要包括消极的民族认同和积极的民族认同两个方面，但消极的民族认同程度相对较低、而积极的民族认同程度相对较高。(2)父母的民族身份、受教育程度对朝鲜族大学生民族认同的影响显著。
