毕业设计基于UG软件完成了B767机型某连接件的数控加工编程。主要工作为：首先分析零件图纸，应用UG/CAD模块完成了零件3D数模的设计工作；然后根据零件的材料和结构工艺特点，进行零件数控加工的工艺分析和工艺规划，确定装夹、定位方式，选择刀具，划分工步，制定加工路线，编制工艺文件；最后将工艺设计方案融入加工程序，应用UG/CAM模块生成各工步的刀具轨迹，对加工程序进行校验，输出NC代码。毕业设计的重点是零件数控加工的工艺分析和工艺规划，采用两次装夹的加工方案，制定了各工步的加工内容和切削用量。毕业设计的难点为各工步刀具轨迹的创建工作，需要掌握UG/CAM模块的各种加工方式，实现工艺设计方案。
