自我评价和业余爱好
非常喜欢电子竞技运动，打war3(real time strategy games)已经有3个年头了。我并不把war3只看成简单的游戏而已，他教会我很多东西，如：保持长时间的高度注意力集中、在压力下比赛并发挥出自己的水平、对大局观的掌控，最欣赏那种能在逆境中依旧坚持，永不放弃，背水一战并最终取得胜利的人。
我有将游戏里学到的东西也应用到生活中：专注地工作，关心每一个细节；在关键时候，负起责任努力将工作做到最好；不断进步，在工作分析自己得失使自己更加出色。
相信成功不是一蹴而就的，而是通过很长很长的时间慢慢积累、不断的努力换来的，也希望自己也能永不放弃，始终努力，做出令自己满意的成绩。
Self-evaluation and hobbies
I like E-sports very much and i've played war3 (real time strategy games) for almost 3 years. War3 to me is not just as simple as a ordinary game,on the other hands, it's a more than a teacher ,for instance, to maintain a high degree of concenteation for a long time, do my best under the pressure of competition ,control the whole situation.Moreover I eager to appreciate that a person can still persist in the face of adversity, never give up,and eventually gain the success.
I apply what i've learned through the game to the reality: concentrating on work, caring for every details in the crucial moment,assuming the responsibility in the work in the key time, keeping on advancing from ananlysing the gains and losses.
I believe that success cannot be gained overnight, in contrast, it should keep on geting by slowly accumulating and continously efforts. I will never give up, always strive to make myself satisfie
