我自2006年6月18日进入四川银海软件有限责任公司，先后在该公司的研发中心从事项目配置管理员、售前人员、系统测试员的工作，并从今年2月23日起，调入公司的市场发展部担任销售管理助理，协助市场发展部总经理制定公司的市场与销售管理办法、销售人员考核办法及奖励办法，并按照本年度公司最终发行的市场与销售管理办法中的要求对各个事业部、分公司、业务部的所有销售工作进行管理。公司销售管理办法通过此次的整改发布后，销售管理工作更加精细化，各部门的销售管理意识也得到了强化，并通过一段时间的实施后，各部门销售团队的战斗力也有一定的提高。迄今为止，本人从事销售管理工作将近四个月，在这段时间里，首先通过对公司以往销售管理办法的熟悉，了解了公司的销售政策，然后在在领导的耐心指导、细心讲解下获悉了公司未来的销售目标和管理方向，最后通过自己的努力学习、用心思考、不断的摸索，在管理工作方面有了一定的进步，销售管理工作也取得了一定的成效。在此，本文就针对本人从事销售管理工作以来的所有工作心得、感受进行阐述。
Since 18th June, 2006, I joined Sichuan Yihai software company, worked in the R&D department as project setup management, pre-salesman, system test etc. And from this Feb 23th on, moved to marketing development department as sales management assistant, coordinate with marketing development manager direct to make maketing and sales mangement, test and hornor way for the salesmen, managment all the sales in all departments, branch company, business departments according to company yearly final declared marketing and sales manangement requiremetn. After the declaration of the company sales manangement, the sales management is more in details, the sales management sense is strengthern, after sometime run, the competence of all the sales department is improved.
Until now, I worked as sales managerment for 4 months. During this period, firstly be familar with the old company manangement, and with study hard, think attentively, develop continuely, improved a lot for the manangem
