了解我院重症监护病房医院感染细菌分布及耐药情况,以便指导临床诊断及合理用药。回顾性分析2007年6月到2007年12月,重症监护病房送检的1000份标本中的分离的1253株细菌菌株,分离出的菌株及其耐药结果分析。在半年内分离1253株细菌菌株,分离菌主要以革兰氏阴性杆菌为主(752株)60%,其中以假单胞菌最多(376株)30%,大肠埃希氏菌(88株)7%;真菌(338株)27%,其中以假丝酵母菌为主(301株)24%;革兰氏阳性球菌(63株)5%中以葡萄球菌为主(1254株)10%。体外药敏实验显示:分离菌大多数具有广泛耐药和多重耐药特性。该医院重症监护病房分离菌以革兰氏阴性杆菌为主,应密切监测细菌耐药特点和耐药趋势,严格控制和合理使用抗生素,避免医院感染爆发性流行。
