摘要
本论文主要阐述了一般矿用少齿差行星传动皮带张紧液压绞车的设计过程。设计内容包括：选型、总体设计、主要零部件的设计和主要零部件的校核。
由于该绞车为矿用皮带张紧绞车，考虑到井下空间和皮带宽度限制，故应用少齿差传动来缩小张紧绞车的体积；采用液压马达做为动力，有效的降低所需要的传动比，增加调速范围，提高液压绞车的适用性。输出机构采用浮动盘式输出机构，使摩擦损失减小，以便提高输出机构的效率;使结构简单，以便于装配；并且具有较高的承载能力。为了消除由于偏心而产生的动载荷，采用双浮动盘式输出机构，即在偏心轴上相互错开180°安装两个行星齿轮，则可在两个行星轮间增加一套浮动盘式输出机构。

Abstract:
This article maily describe the design process of normal mineral planetary gearing with small difference between the numbers of teeth, belt tension hydrulic winch. The design contents include: Type selection, overall design, main component design and main component check.
Because this type of winch is mineral belt tension winch, conside the limit of mine space and belt width, so try to use planetary gearing with small difference to reduce the tension winch size; select hydrulic motor as power, efficiently reduce the needed transfer ratio, increase the adjustment range, improve the feasibility. Export mechanism use floating dish export mechanism, reduce the fiction lost, improve the export mechanisim efficiency; simple the component, easier assembly; and with reletively high load bearing ability. In order to eliminate the emotional loading from the partiality, select double floating dish export mechanisim, that means install two planetary gearing on t
