clevermoney.com is a US-based financial consultancy offering advice to private and corporate investors lnline. Though it's a highly competitive market, business has so far been good, with the company poised to move into profit in the next 18 months. The main problem is a "braindrain" of talent amongst the staff sto rival companies. Generous salaries and bonuses do not seem to be stemming this. Some of the company's best aadvisers are also losing confidence in dotcoms altogether and taking jobs on Wall Street.

1. If compensation& bonus are not enough to keep the guys with you, i think you should show good career prospect to your employees, so they don't work only for money but also work to pave their own future career path.

3. boost employee confidence, convince them that you are not another bubble in the docom foam. How? Again, show some serious growth prospect of company.

4. if the above options don't work, just sit and wait to be acquired by Wall street giants. then Things will be taken care of. risk of losing your job is gonna be there.
