affect和effect，operative和operational的具体区别是什麽？？？

affect是动词“影响”
effect是影响的结果，也就是效果、作用。一般作名词。
operative跟“正在生效的，正在使用中的”，而operational是“可以使用的”。
例如：This is the rule that is operative now.
这是目前执行(有效)的规则。
Is the equipment operational yet?
这套设备可投入运转了吗?

另外，operative还有“与体能有关的，或机械活动有关的，与外科手术有关的”意思，而
operational则是“与操作有关的”意思。
