法兰式F架主要应用于广告牌,不仅承受静力作用还承受风力等动荷载的作用。F架的立柱与横梁之间由法兰盘连接,法兰受螺栓预紧力、压紧面型式、垫片性能以及法兰刚度的影响。法兰连接使用方便,能够承受较大的压力。F架在风荷载作用下会发生振动,模态是振动系统特性的一种表征,为构成各种工程结构复杂振动的那些最简单或最基本的振动形态。通过模态分析可以得到固有频率和振动模态等振动系统的模态参数,为振动系统动态设计以及故障诊断提供依据。
本文针对法兰式F架采用美国MSC.Software公司的有限元软件MSC.Patran对F架的结构进行实体建模,利用MSC.Nastan进行有限元计算,求解出F架整体的应力场,并进行了模态分析以及瞬态响应分析。
