随着电子行业的飞速发展，IC技术的不断提高，单片机在国民经济生产各行业发挥了重要的作用。它因为集成度高、体积小、运行可靠、应用灵活、价格低、面向控制等特点得到了广大工程技术人员和客户的好评。在温度测量方面，单片机能够代替以前常规的模拟调节器。本系统介绍了用单片机进行炉温自动监测系统的基本组成、工作原理、程序设计和系统的抗干扰措施。该系统可对加热炉进行温度检测,并对温度设置上下限,超出温度限制后则自动进行报警，并通过串行通讯及通信协议将数据发送给上位机(PC)进行进一步的存档、处理。同时，在软硬件设计时均采取了有效的抗干扰措施。本系统用K型热电偶对炉温进行检测，在满足系统性能要求的前提下，尽可能地减少硬件成本。
在设计期间我得到了各方面人员的大力配合与帮助，在借鉴其它一些软件开发经验的基础上，设计了这套加热炉多参数自动监测系统。
