where,here,there开头的疑问句有没有就近原则?
有没有什么特殊情况?

好象there be句型适用就近原则,
e.g. There is a book and two pens.
There are two pens and a book.
here,there开头的句子后面要用倒装。
e.g. Here coems the bus!
But:Here it comes!
