[摘要] 目的 从学生角度出发了解昆明医学院本科毕业生专业满意度情况，着重了解造成专业满意度下降的主要因素，为医学院校教学改革提供参考依据。 方法 采用自行开发的调查表对昆明医学院11个专业的学生进行自评问卷调查。 结果 本次调查中11个专业中专业满意度最低的为眼视光专业，不满意率达78.9%，其次为公管专业（61.4%）。不同的专业满意度情况在专业设置、课程教学、师资力量等三个方面9个条目中存在显著性差异，其中社会需求程度低（75.6%），理论课（55.6%）和实验课设置不满，临床实习（48.4%）和社会实践（41.3%）安排不理想、对教学设施不满（40.2）是专业满意度低的主要影响因素。结论 昆明医学院学生满意度较低，学校应根据学生实际所需调整理论课和实验课的设置，在临床实习和社会实践的安排上要更加关注学生专业技能的提高。另外还需加大教学设施的投入和建设，以及加强新专业在社会上的宣传，改善社会需求情况。
