During recent years electric power systems are growing more and more complex. The use of distributed generation, the connection of non-linear loads and the presence of unexpected system faults generate lot of harmonics and noise. Therefore, the registration of electrical energy is becoming much more problematic day by day and a precise and reliable assessment method is required to overcome these problems.
