关于从句的疑问，请高手来解释下，重金悬赏谢谢了

这2道题我很迷糊，请看下：
1.Is this the school ____you worked in twenty yaers ago?
A.which B./ C.that D.all of the above

2.Is this school_____you worked ten years ago?
A.the one B.where C.the one where D.the one which

第一题选D，第二题选C，我很糊涂，什么时候选the one?看见好多的句子经常出现这个，遇到the one,the one where,where,the one which在一起我就糊涂了，高手帮忙解释一下好吗谢谢了，着急中！！！！！

主句从句都是句子，那么它们就得有句子成分，比如主语谓语宾语，虽然不是各个成分都得有，但是它句子中谈及到的，就要有相应的句子成分。

我们把主从句分开来，并且都化为陈述句句型正常语序来看：
1.Is this the school ____you worked in twenty yaers ago?

主句This is the school.

从句 You worked in ___ twenty years ago.

主句是完满的。从句缺少一个宾语。我们用代词that which都可以，而that引导从句时，又是可以省略的。

2.Is this school_____you worked ten years ago?

主句： This school is ___.

从句：You worked ___ ten years ago.

主句缺少宾语，从句也少东西。

那么主句的宾语可选 the one .

从句缺少的只可选where，在这里做副词用,而不能是what 或that这样的代词，因为work 作为动词时是不及物动词，它后面如果有名词或者代词，中间是要加介词的，而work后是副词就没有这个问题了。.

它就可以变为

Is this school the one // where you worked ten years ago?

或者就得是这样的

Is this school the one //in which you worked ten years ago?
但它没这个选项，而且这个语序也不是那么常用，通常我们都说

Is this school the one // which you worked "in" ten years ago?

第一题有the,第二题没the,问题在这里.
the school有定冠词的时候做先行词,后面是定语从句,所以选D了;
