1 We make the law，所以是被动。在条件句中，将来时用一般时代替
2 the same...as 是固定用法，意思是和。。。一样
3 前两项用的是就远原则，应该是has,排除。若为最后一项则句子有两个主语了，或者理解为have sb do sth ,但句意（让他更喜欢）不对，排除。
