本工程设计采用了一次回风的全空气系统,室内送风采用上送风方式,选用圆型散流器平射流形式。新风在机房内与系统的回风混合,再由组合式空调处理机组集中将混合空气处理至送风状态后送出。冷冻水由地下室的冷冻机房供应,采用了闭式异程两管制水系统。在进行水系统设计时,以保证系统冷水量的前提下,以“最小年费用法”为基础,对管段的费用、水泵费用、安装费用进行优化设计,以计算出最小初投资下的水泵扬程,以便获得更佳的经济效益。设计工程中考虑了消声、减振和防火排烟的措施。在文章最后还进行了本次冷冻水大温差空调设计中的初投资和设备运行费用进行了经济性比较。
