I'd like to choose the second one.
REASON:
1. the second job has less pressure which makes my work comfortable, I can do my work easier. For me, working is a kind of relax rather than a heavy burden.
2.Although the second job has not a good savlary, it has a good promotion. In this situation, I can get a good position in a few months or years.At the same, my salary is growing.

A:If you are offered two jobs;one can offer you ahigh pay,flexible schedules with high pressure but little for promotion in the near future and the other can provide you reasonable pay with modest but steady annual promotion and involves a relaxing working environment,which one do you prefer?
B: I prefer to the second one.
A: Well, but why? The first one can offer you high pay.
B: Because if we don't enjoy our work, it won't be kept long.Though the first one can offer me high pay, but high pressure will make me feel tired. What's more, the first job have lit
