The Parties agree all information (including but not limited to any documentation or other materials, whether in electronic or tangible form) disclosed, provided or otherwise made available by one Party to the other pursuant to or in furtherance of the transactions contemplated by this Contract including the information provided during the negotiation phase shall be kept confidential during the term of this Contract and thereafter (Confidential Information).

双方同意，凡一方根据本合同或为促成本合同预期交易而向另一方披露、提供或以其它方式安排的所有信息（包括不但不限于任何电子形式或书面形式的文档或其它材料），包括谈判期间提供的信息（下称“保密信息”），于本协议期间以及本协议终止后均应予以保密。
