研究结果表明:经电磁搅拌处理的Al-Si合金,其凝固组织得到细化,在高压旋转磁场的作用下使得硅从晶界中析出造成严重偏析;而低压情况下这种现象得到较好改善;超声处理时间存在最佳值,并不是处理时间越长细化效果越明显;经超声及电磁同时作用于金属熔体,除可以使凝固晶粒更加圆整外,并不能较大提高细化程度。
