本设计依据有关规范，在考虑节能和舒适性要求的前提下，制冷机房设于地下一层，选取了开利厂家活塞冷水机组，制冷机房内设置了循环水泵、补给水泵、分集水器、软水器等辅助设备；空调系统采用风机盘管加新风系统，每层都有相应的新风机组，室内负荷主要由风机盘管承担。整个系统设计力求做到合理，节能，美观。
