摘 要
本文采用水模拟试验方法,研究了铝合金熔炼中喷吹旋转工艺参数的变化对精练效果的影响。在室温,冷水,热水,塑料坩埚等试验设备和条件下改变吹头的转数,气体流量,气体压力。转速小时,气泡较大,呈草帽形状。转速大时,气泡体积减小,气泡数目变多,显著改善了除气动力学条件。而过大的转速容易卷进夹杂、吸氢严重等负面影响。在气流量小的情况下,合泡几率减小,故此难以形成弥散而均匀的气泡。当气流量增大时,合泡几率也增大,而过大的气流量产生合泡现象等负面影响。气体压力过小,过大都会使气泡径向运动的距离变远或变近。都会使气泡分布不均匀。所以会导致除气效果差,精炼成本增加等负面影响。所以通过本试验综合考虑各个方面的因素,选择定了对铝合金除气,熔炼效果最佳的的工艺参数。
