两句都有问题喔，can是助动词，不能跟will或者do一起用的。
另外，你要表达的意思是“这份结果用来申请学校的有效期是多久”还是“还要多久才能用这份结果来申请学校”？
如果是前者，可以是How long can the result be used for applying schools
如果是后者，How long will it take for the result to be available for applying schools?(我翻译得也有点冗长了……)

how long will the result be used to apply in the school
或者how long can the result be used to apply in the school
就是要么will要么can，用一个就好，然后把use改成used，因为是be used被动形式

去掉will
use改成used
