一道定语从句的练习题

楼主,这道题的关键是对两个概念的区分。
A：—Where do you live？
—In Beijing.
B：—Which city do you live？
—Beijing.
这两个对话乍看上去一样,其实不然。A对话是对“地点”的询问，回答就应有介词，意为“在北京”，而Beijing不构成一个地点，也就是说，where这个词可代替in+地点；B对话问的就是哪一个城市，回答用名词即可。
同样，This is the hotel _____last month这句话，可有两种答案：一种是对“地点”的修饰，为where they stayed，at由于有了where所以不能存在；另一种就是对名词也就是hotel的修饰，先加一个先行词which或that，再加句子they stayed at，答案即为which/that they stayed at，可是选项中没有，故此题选A。

如果选b的话 应该是which they stayed at where =at which at the hotel

没有at last month这种说法

where 包括介词了，
this is the hotel at which they stayed last month=this is the hotel where they stayed last month

定于从句引导词包括：连接代词 和 连接副词

连接副词=连接代词+介词。

where是连接副词

that，which是连接代词。

如用that、which必须要有介词at，因为stay为不

及物动词。而且在介词后面只能用which，而不能

用that。
