点阀箱安装操作步骤
一、 在管道脱脂、吹扫完毕以后。选择相匹配的型号的点阀箱正确安装在管道上。
1、 介质为氧气应选用氧气专用的点阀箱、如介质为煤气应选用煤气的点阀箱。总之选取点阀箱应按戒指的不同来选用。
2、 在安装时要注意点阀箱进口法兰内的过滤芯是否已安装在内。
二、 点阀箱安装完毕后对点阀箱漏点进行检查是否有渗漏并对点阀箱的所有部件如：减压器、球阀、压力表、回火防止器等进行使用功能的全部检测是否正常。

三、 操作步骤

四、 煤气点阀箱上的回火防止器应按介质对回火防止器的赋诗进行更换。
