一、 方案适用范围，车间生产人员。
二、 工资组成：由岗位工资、技能工资等十一项组成。

公司规定：今后每年考评一次，符合条件的上，不符合条件的下，详见各工序考核标准，公布每人级别。
4、 其他技能工资：经厂长批准工作调动后，能胜任新工作岗位技能要求，工资调整100～300。
5、 岗位工资：是个人所在的岗位决定的，即在什么岗位就得相应的岗位工资。
一 印刷、 贴片、层合、纵切等主要生产设备操作岗位工资为600元。
二 手工印刷、贴片等生产设备操作岗位工资为500元。
三 包装操作员岗位工资为500元。
6、 加班费：以当月实际加班时数为准。
7、 其他，含每年的先进职工奖励、特殊贡献奖等。
8、 绩效奖金：以当月完成质量、产量指标为准，暂定为0～400元/月•人均。(详见考核细则)
9、职务补贴：
