摘要：
《工资管理系统》是采用Delphi6.0开发的一个数据库管理系统。在系统分析中先后用数据流图、系统的功能结构图分析了系统所需的各种数据。通过对实例“工资管理系统”的设计全过程的概述，让使用者能够了解如何对客户所给的任务进行分析研究，如何将任务分解成若干个模块，设计出最佳的系统主体结构，如何对每个模块的细节进行设计，最终使得整个系统达到客户满意的效果。
本系统具有数据输入，数据存储，数据查询，报表打印等功能，系统的人机对话界面友好。系统功能全面，用户操作方便是本设计的一个特色。
