求助电脑出现问题

1、Internet选项－常规－删除Cookies、删除文件、清除历史纪录。

2、进入安全模式，杀毒，最好是专杀木马的。

3、使用系统还原功能。开始——程序——附件——系统工具——系统还原，进入后，选择一个还原点，确定进行还原就可以了。
