为什么用介词in? 不用on?

为什么用in， 不用on啊？

on the desk 是在桌面上，
in the desk 是装在桌子里。
这里是说那个收音机是装在桌子里的，而不是装在桌面上。

根据上下文而定吧，估计东西是放在桌子抽屉里面的

我觉得不一定,in 是表示在桌子里面 ON是表示在桌面上

on指在桌子上
In是里面咯
