the same to me 和so ie is with me有什么区别？？？

the same to me - 对我来说，一样的
就是 to me, it's the same 的意思

so he is with me - 那 他同意我的（说法，意见。。）

后面那个应该是"so it is the same with me "吧~
前者一般后面是跟人或事，但必须要么是人要么是事。
后者一般是后面跟的有人又有事的情况下用的~
意思上没什么区别，都是和。。。。一样的意思~
