A:had begun B: has been on C:has begun D: had been on

要原因哦~~

D 表示已经持续了那么长时间
因为发生在got之前 所以用过去完成时态

而A C 中的begin是短暂性动词 后面不可以加for + 一段时间

D had been on

我到电影院时，电影已经放映了将近十分钟。

D be on 才能加一时间

D 因为后面有for nearly ten minutes,表示一段时间，所以此处应该用延续性动作动词，又因为前面的got用的是过去式，所以也要用过去式，多以选D
